Escape from Duckov surpasses 300K concurrent players
PvE top-down looter-shooter Escape From Duckov, named in homage to the famous extraction shooter Escape from Tarkov, hit a new peak of 300,645 concurrent players on Steam on Oct. 26, 2025, according to Steam DB.
Developed by Team Soda and published by Bilibili, Escape From Duckov was released for Windows and macOS PCs only via Steam on Oct. 16, 2025, priced at $17.99 with a 12% launch discount, which dropped the cost of the title to $15.83 and will remain active until Oct. 29, 2025.
The title allows players to control an Average Duck, which starts with ordinary stats, armed with a single basic gun, but can progress by upgrading gear, gathering items, collecting different weapons, and building a hideout.
Escape From Duckov features five unique maps and over 50 hours of content for a single playthrough, along with an arsenal of 50 different firearms.
The game accumulated 400,000 Steam wishlists two weeks before launch, sold its first million copies in just a week after release, and as of the time of writing, has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam, with 22,121 reviews.
