Michael Saylor to make UAE debut at Binance Blockchain Week 2025 as speaker lineup unveiled
Binance has announced the first wave of speakers for its annual Binance Blockchain Week event in Dubai, bringing together industry leaders this December to discuss the next market cycle’s narratives.
While the day-to-day of crypto happens onchain and on social media, the industry’s long-term trajectory is usually set in person, when its most influential builders, investors and regulators gather on a single stage. This December, such a stage will be in Dubai. Building on its 2024 edition, which drew over 5,000 attendees and featured more than 120 speakers, crypto exchange Binance has announced the first wave of speakers for its annual Binance Blockchain Week. The two-day event will bring together leaders from across the digital-asset ecosystem for its second consecutive year at the Coca-Cola Arena on Dec. 3 and 4.

The minds that will shape the conversation
The 2025 conference is set to feature a diverse lineup of speakers representing every corner of the industry, from educators and builders of smart contract platforms to investment and regulation leaders.
Confirmed speakers include Strategy’s Michael Saylor, who will be making his first on-stage presentation at a United Arab Emirates crypto event. He will be joined by Jeremy Allaire, co-founder and CEO of Circle; Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, and Raoul Pal, co-founder and CEO of Real Vision. Giggle Academy and BNB Chain founder and Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao is also slated to speak.
The roster of thought leaders also includes specific founders and CEOs of particular layer-1 and layer-2 protocols, such as Aptos Labs co-founder and CEO Avery Ching, Celo co-founder Rene Reinsberg, Near Protocol co-founder Illia Polosukhin and Polygon Labs co-founder Sandeep Nailwal.
They will be joined by leading figures of the data and institutional sectors, including Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik, BNB Network CEO David Namdar, The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi CEO Abdulla Al Dhaheri and Apeiron Investment Group founder Christian Angermayer.
