Escape From Duckov sells 2M copies in less than two weeks since release
Sales of the PvE top-down looter-shooter Escape From Duckov, named in homage to the famous extraction shooter Escape from Tarkov, surpassed 2 million copies in less than two weeks since its launch on Oct. 16, 2025.
Developed by Team Soda and published by Bilibili, Escape From Duckov is playable on both Windows and macOS PCs only via Steam.
Escape From Duckov allows players to control an Average Duck, which starts with ordinary stats, armed with a single basic gun, but can progress by upgrading gear, gathering items, collecting different weapons and building a hideout.
The title features five unique maps and over 50 hours of content for a single playthrough, along with an arsenal of 50 different firearms.
As of the time of writing, the game, which accumulated 400,000 Steam wishlists two weeks before launch, has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam, with 23,990 reviews and an all-time peak of 301,322 concurrent players, according to SteamDB.
Priced at $17.99, the title was launched with a 12% discount, which dropped the cost to $15.83 and will remain active until Oct. 29, 2025.
